West Carteret Water Corporation offers a wide variety of convenient payment options for our customers. Simply choose the option that best suits your needs.
Payment By Mail
If paying by check or money order through the mail, please send all payments with your payment coupon. To avoid late fees, please mail your payment at least five-seven business days before the due date specified on your bill.
Payment By Phone
West Carteret Water Corporation offers customers the ability to pay their bill over the phone with either a Visa, MasterCard, or Discover Card.
Automatic Bank Draft
The worry-free way to pay your water bill. With this service, the amount of your monthly bill is automatically deducted from your bank account and credited to your utility account. There is no set-up fee or charge associated with this method of payment. Once your account is set up on draft, your balance will be deducted on the due date shown on your bill. Our new online bill payment provider encompasses our draft customers. Starting with the January 2019 due date, all draft payments will appear on bank statements with a description of "WEST CARTERET WATE252-393-1515". If for any reason you do not want your account to be drafted once you are set up or your information has changed, you must contact the office 3 business days before the due date. Likewise, if you wish to use a different form of payment, the payment must be made 3 business days before the due date in order to void being drafted. To set up Automated Bank Draft, simply download and fill out the ACH Recurring Debit Form (if available) located in the Forms & Reports Section and drop it off or mail it to our office, along with a voided check. If you are having issues making a payment online, please contact our office. To terminate your draft, please contact the office for the required form.
Payment Drop-off Location
You may pay your bill in person at our office address. We accept cash, check, or money orders. To avoid longer wait times, please note that Mondays, Fridays and the first day after a holiday are normally very busy.
Payment Through Financial Institution Online Bill Pay
Many financial institutions such as major banks offer their customers the ability to pay their bills via an online bill payment service (through your bank's website). Normally, these services debit the customer's checking or savings account to pay the bill. Depending on the financial institution, they may or may not charge a fee for the service. Payments may take up to seven business days to post to the customer's account. Please consult with your bank for more information.
Warning to all Customers
It has come to our attention that WCWC customers are being directed to a website called DOXO to pay their bill online. We would like to state that West Carteret Water Corporation is in no way affilliated with this service. The payment option for online payment is secured through our website by clicking the Pay Your Bill Now payment button on this page. If you have questions or are unsure, please call the office at (252) 393-1515. Learn More...
