2025 Hurricane Season
The 2025 Atlantic hurricane season officially begins on June 1, 2025 and it will end on November 30, 2025. To check the current weather conditions, please click on the following link: National Weather Service Website. Please remember as you prepare for the upcoming season, verify all outside shutoff valves are working properly to docks, outdoor showers, irrigations systems and outbuildings. These valves are important in case of emergencies.

COLD WEATHER REMINDER
December 29, 2025
Temperatures are expected to drop overnight. As a reminder: disconnect all outside hoses, irrigation, showers, and docks. Insulate any exposed spigots or pipes. We found several leaks due to frozen pipes at these locations the last cold weather event we had. Reach out to your neighbors if they have any items that need to be disconnected or insulated, especially if they are still out of town for the holiday.
