2021 NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING

REGISTRATION DESK OPENS AT 4:30 P.M.

The 2020 Annual Membership meeting was postponed due to COVID and eventually canceled. Following CDC guidelines and safety protocols, your Board has planned an outdoor event on Tuesday, October 12, 2021 to celebrate past milestones and to hold the 2021 Annual Business and Membership Meeting. Although the event is open to members, vendors, and community leaders, only active members (account holders) can vote if any matters need to be addressed at the business meeting.

The purpose of the Annual Business and Membership Meeting is to review the events of the past two years and discuss the future of your company. Our auditor, the firm of PBMares, will also be available to present audit reports and answer any questions that the members may have regarding our financial situation.

Our attorney will present minutes from his meeting with the Nominating Committee, which consisted of Paxon Holz (Chairwoman), Ronnie Cannon, Shirley Holland, and April Pike. The committee met January 7, 2021 and placed the following incumbent directors in nomination: Spurgeon Wilson Venters (Star Hill), Steven Pridgen (Stella), and Bobby Bell (Salty Shores). No petitions for other nominations were received from the membership and, therefore, the nominees will serve an additional three-year term. No ballot voting will be required this year.

5:00 p.m. - 5:30 p.m.   Annual Business Membership Meeting & Door Prizes
