Pending CDC guidelines at the time of this event, the WCWC Board cordially reminds you to save the date for our Phase V Ribbon Cutting/Open House Event to celebrate the completion of last year’s project. Following the event and a meal, the Annual Membership Meeting will be held to review the financial reports from the past year. Our auditor, the firm of PBMares, will also be available to present this year's audit report and answer any questions that the members may have.

Regarding the election of directors, the corporate attorney will present meeting minutes from the Nominating Committee Meeting. The committee members in attendance consisted of Paxon Holz, who was nominated as the Chairperson, Ronnie Cannon, Leslie Davis, Jr., Shirley Holland, and April Pike. The committee met January 7, 2021 and placed the following incumbent directors in nomination: Spurgeon Wilson Venters (Star Hill), Steven Pridgen (Stella), and Bobby Bell (Salty Shores). No ballot voting was required this year. The nominees will serve an additional three-year term.
