According to WITN-TV, Idalia's track continues to run just off the Crystal Coast Thursday morning as a tropical Storm. Flooding rains will be the biggest risk in eastern Carolina from late Wednesday night through early afternoon Thursday. Isolated tornadoes will be possible as well.
