After a two-year search for the perfect fit, West Carteret Water Corporation began embarking on an all-inclusive, company-wide software update this past Spring. We are nearing the end of the conversion process with a new vendor and the upgrades will be implemented in two phases, both in November 2023 and January 2024. With this plan to be fully converted early next year, moving forward, there will be times that our staff will be working diligently to train on the multiple new systems while attempting to maintain excellent customer service to our members. Although you are our number one priority, there may be times that we will experience billing or payment processing delays, and we thank you in advance for your patience.
These changes are both daunting and exciting to us as we lay the groundwork to respond efficiently and effectively to current and upcoming changes. Each decision that we make is done so with the future in mind and how we can better serve you.
